CAUTION:
Whistle compositions have a very high rate of burning and are considered
explosive. Extreme caution must be exercised when preparing whistle compositions.
DANGER: Potassium picrate is a dangerously
sensitive and powerful explosive compound. Its use is strongly discouraged.
DANGER: Potassium chlorate and gallic
acid mixes are highly sensitive to mechanical action, and can ignite when
loading. Use of such mixtures is strongly discouraged.
